The instance pixiv.owacon.moe - although it was working in June - appears to no longer work now (shows Error 403), and I am unable to find other vixip instances.

It was useful for Tor users as Pixiv blocks access from Tor.
Hopefully the author can consider making the instance available again, and add an option for whether to display NSFW artworks, so that it can be included in the extension.

It has nothing to do with censorship - it is only about giving the user a choice of displaying / hiding NSFW artworks.
