Hi, currently, users can only set custom domains by clicking the extension button. It would be great if they can be set under an option page in about:addon as well.

I will eventually add options page, but publishing extensions, updatable instances list, smooth update with new services, styling are higher in priority for me
Pull requests and contributions are welcome though
