Shared documentation

Many of us offer the very same services, and independently build up documentation for those.
For the ones in common, we may want to be able to share pieces of documentation easily within communities.

I don't like this idea...
Either the docuemtnation of the orginial project is good, or if it is not, then you r PR to make it better.
If they don't accept, then you fork, ok.
