LINUX Controller Connection Not Working #17466
Comments
Controller setup is described at: https://docs.libretro.com/guides/input-and-controls/ (note that the embedded animation is from an older RetroArch version, but the text is up-to-date). There are no menu items here that would appear conditionally. A pop-up message should appear in the lower left corner when controller is detected, and RetroPad Binds / Port 1 controls / Device Index should have the controller name. If it is not detected, try changing Drivers / Controller driver to something else (sdl2 / linuxraw / udev) and restart RetroArch. |
I've tried all of them but they haven't worked. I'm gonna try working through the system then trying again to see what happens |
I didn't mean to close it sorry |
Upload some logs, preferably with different input drivers. |

I would really appreciate some help thank you
