Issue with Clarity of Possibility of Use of other Licenses for Modifications #9

I understand from the license, that it shall be a NC-License (with 30d trial for commercial use).

However, to me it is not clear, what happens in case of modifications which are licensed under other Non-NC-Licenses (MIT/BSD) as indicated under the "Contributions Back" section of the license.

In the case of modifications that are contributed back in this sense: Is the License supposed to allow the modifier to license the complete code under on of the Non-NC-Licenses?

Or is the original code still to be licensed under the original license and only the modifications could be licensed under the other license? Then the final code would partly be licensed under the PPL and partly under the other license.

Could you please clarify what your intention were in this regard?

Many thanks and kind regards,
Dom
