Scales for decimals in certain UI components

Previously in all places (afaik) decimals were shown with a scale of two. A few months ago, it was changed to not show trailing zeros in places like analysis graphs, insights, and probably some others. Leaving visual inconsistency aside, this is mildly annoying while hovering horizontally left to right over graphs as the tooltip box keeps resizing.

I don't think there ever was a single way to render numbers, and we certainly didn't show double decimals everywhere. I also don't remember any change about this in the recent months.

Where exactly would you like to see (again) decimals where there aren't (anymore)?

In movetime graphs (hovers), and insights instead of seeing three different "types" of numbers, it would nice to see only one. For example, currently it's shown as 1.76 seconds, 7 seconds, 4.2 seconds. But at some point it was 7.00 seconds, 4.20 seconds.
