It should load from localhost, but returns error.

Ok, this needs to be fixed upstream: ipfs/ipfs-companion#75 by defaulting to fs: protocol with Ci.nsIProtocolHandler.URI_SAFE_TO_LOAD_IN_SECURE_CONTEXT flag.

Bug 903966 - Don't block mixed content from localhost is marked as FIXED in Firefox 55
