cli清楚缓存beast_clean_cache函数无效，且不清除定义的有效期无效 #131

php-fpm模式下beast_clean_cache()正常使用，可清除缓存，但是在cli命令行里执行PHP文件则不能清除缓存。

不清除缓存的话设置的有效期不能生效呀，如果不重启php-fpm岂不是一直都能用了，小伙伴们都是怎么解决的呢？
