So far, only 1/5 pipelines (assoc/main.nf) has been tested.

Aims:

  • Test all other 4, which appear to be:
    call2plink/main.nf
    qc/main.nf
    (assoc/main.nf)
    formatdata/?
    img2call/?
    finemapping/main.nf

  • Map dependencies for each (in particular what other files in bin, auxfiles do.
