update samples to latest Android Studio 3.1 and Kotlin 1.2.31

Dear Ligee,
You got some brillant samples here. Would it be possible to update these samples to the latest Android studio and Kotlin 1.2.31?
I find it quite difficult to integrate them to the newest based template NDK project.

I do not have any plans to do it now or in the nearest future. Maybe someday, when the time permits.
But I guess these days you can be much better off with Kotlin/Native JNI wrapper generation. I'd recommend you to ask on the public Kotlin slack about it.
