poold has a --newnodesonly flag. You can set this in the lit.conf file, but I think it would be nice to be able to somehow turn it on/off in the UI. Or at the very least surface the setting in the UI so you know if it's on or off.

With #226 this is now exposed in the response of the GetInfo call in Pool. Reassigning since it now needs to be shown in the UI as well to fully satisfy this issue.
