If you know Termux, you can follow the KataGo Linux compile doc to compile KataGo engine on your Android smart phone within 10 cmd and 20 min. See #321 for more.
There are no difference between ARM64 and AMD64 for compiling KataGo.

How about compiling from an Intel Linux machine with target arm64 android?

I want to incorporate katago in an app that I'm working on to be able to play against a physical board that I'm designing
