Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm not fond of the usage of a Trait to load fixtures.

Describe the solution you'd like
Document how to use https://github.com/jakzal/phpunit-injector in order to inject the liip_test_fixtures.services.database_tool_collection service in a test class.

Relying on another dependency is cumbersome. I'm closing this in favor of #89.
