希望可以支持检测文件夹变化自动运行硬链接任务 #165

每次下载文件后需要及时运行生成硬链接的任务，希望可以增加一个检测到文件夹内容变化（新增文件）就自动运行任务的功能。目前提供的api需要手动操作，周期任务无法即时运行，谢谢。
