Configure additional SSH port with special rule

This works as expected
sshd_config:

Port 22
Port 22222
AddressFamily any
ListenAddress 0.0.0.0
ListenAddress ::

HostKey /etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key
HostKey /etc/ssh/ssh_host_ecdsa_key
HostKey /etc/ssh/ssh_host_ed25519_key

...

However when I add Match LocalPort it stops woring:

Match LocalPort 2222
        ForceCommand echo "$SSH_ORIGINAL_COMMAND";  $SSH_ORIGINAL_COMMAND

The port is not opened.
