Struct-lmm utils does not install with pip: Issue 29 unresolved

Hello,
I saw in issue#29 there was the following problem about 3 years ago:

I have installed struct_lmm using pip but the "utils" subdirectory is not installed so I cannot import the run_structlmm or norm_env_matrix items. Please advise next steps. Thank you!

I am having a similar issue with implementing struct-lmm, and was wondering if this problem has been resolved yet or if there is anyone I can contact about said issue.
