升级兼容Android9.0的版本后，在windows上使用的几个问题及建议，主要是使用非独立插件时遇到的：

host编译过程中，ThemeProcessor 中写xml的patch文件时，windows上默认写出的不是uft-8 的编码，如果文件内容有中文，会写入成乱码，后续插件编译时aapt compile会失败，导致插件无法编译，建议此处指定编码UTF-8;
plugin.gradle makeHostBaseLine 中build目录没有使用${project.buildDir}替换，对于eclipse迁移的项目，无法正确指向。
