Linshare [6.2.0] Upload failed but entrey still created, why ?

Hello,
I often have an error when I upload a file in a shared group with my guest account : "An error occurred during upload"
However, the entry is still created in the shared group, what it is disturbing because it is not downloadable by others accounts.

In the async_task table we can see this error message on my failed entry :

How can I resolve this issue ?

I have this issue with Linshare 6.0.2, I have updated to the last 6.2.0 version thinking about solving the problem, but no.
