将系统语言切换为英文

STEPS TO REPRODUCE | 复现步骤

1.在控制中心-个性化-主题-字号调整到最大号 20
2.重新打开控制中心，观察控制中心主页面展示

OBSERVED RESULT | 观察到的结果

英文环境下，系统字体调整到20最大号，控制中心部分模块字符展示不完整，鼠标放置上去也没有悬浮展示

如果界面拉大一点呢？比如使用4K屏幕，我想如果窗口够大，qt的layout是可以把文字合理排列都显示出来的。大字符是给大界面使用的
悬浮展示的话是要添加tooltip需求吗
