PRE-REQUIREMENT | 预置条件

安装https://cdimage.uniontech.com/community/releases/23-Alpha/镜像

STEPS TO REPRODUCE | 复现步骤

使用sudo apt update命令升级系统后，打开启动器，查看帮助手册应用程序是否存在

OBSERVED RESULT | 观察到的结果

升级alpha2后，启动器中无帮助手册

这个需要再验一下，可能不是稳定复现的问题，如果仍然存在的话推测和 application manager 有关。
