Bug Description

When doing QA and wanting to edit attributes of an outline, when the edit attribute dialog is opened, the status dropdown shows more than one copy of "Added" and "Deleted". This seems to only happen after at least one outline has been edited.
Bug

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run a LIQA script which results in items in the error inspector (such as outlines near water features).
  2. Go through process to delete at least one building during QA.
  3. Select another building in LIQA to edit attribute.
  4. Click on the edit attribute tool.
  5. Select the status dropdown
  6. See duplicate dropdown choices.
