Feature request: linz:geospatial_type improvements

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Feedback from @dwsilk and @amfage. linz:geospatial_types should be in the item 'properties' not at the top level 'field'. Also they would rather linz:geospatial_type be 'required' at the collection level and 'optional' at the item level.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Move linz:geospatial_type to the 'properties' in the item metadata
• Make linz:geospatial_type 'optional' at the item level
• Move linz:geospatial_type from the 'summaries' to the top level of collection.json
• Make linz:geospatial_type 'required' at the collection level
• Update the README to use correct terms, 'Item Properties' etc.
