Perl warning on Ubuntu 16.04

Hi, I'm using needrestart (from git) on Ubuntu and Arch Linux systems. Recently, only on Ubuntu I see the below warning. It looks as if needrestart works as expected, but I'm reporting it as a FYI here nonetheless.

$ sudo /usr/sbin/needrestart

$ apt-cache policy perl
