Summary of new feature

Python 3.9 was released and CovsirPhy needs to support it.

Solution

  • Add test with Python 3.9
  • Change codes if necessary (the supports of 3.7 and 3.8 must be continued)
  • Add 3.9 to Python versions specified in setup.py
  • Update documentation

Supproting Python 3.9 was postponed because Semaphore CI (for test CovsirPhy) does not support this version at this time.
