Can't programmatically recreate yet. Usually is triggered by an autocompletion, or editing something right after autocompleting it. Error sustains even after writing more and saving the file in the filesystem.

OS: Windows 11
LiteXL Version: Latest release when posted.
LSP Version: Master when posted.
