send bech32 address is error.

when i create a transaction, try to send bech32 address(ltc1qe7p4jney22y8lxn8zq3wt0vj9tlhqluszqsj5g). i saw a error, base58.decode error. please help!!! @coblee @wangxinxi @void-main @fancycedar @ultragtx thx!

Transaction().to()。。it's use base58, no use bech32

I'm also stuck here.
Although using bitcore-lib i'm able to use bech32 address to send TX but with litecore-lib, base58 error pops up when signing transaction..
