Unable to create annotation if authentication occurred in the same session, app displays "Unable to create annotation" toast.

more observations:

mobile.twitter.com never issues a request for the main frame document, i think we need a separate ServiceWorkerController to intercept these requests. this also means that disabling js by serving the fallback index document does not work
with js enabled, neither optimized nor unoptimized xpath selectors appear to work
