[BUG] NumericInput: input arrows overflow the value #1149

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

While resizing the values gets covered by the input arrows.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Render NumericInput component inside the box
  2. Decrease parents div width.

Expected Behavior

The value should be visible for user.
