There are 6 Guides that are on the website but are not included in the IDE at the moment. These are

Beginners Guide (subset of the User Guide), also see issue Guides: Beginners Guide Updates #856
Developers Guide (subset of the User Guide), also see issue Guides: Developers Guide Updates #868
Mobile Guide
iOS Externals
LiveCode Server Guide
Desktop Externals Guide

Attached are markdown versions of the guides, there may be more up to date guides elsewhere.
