Price Chopper & Health Mart Failure

Apparently, the Price Chopper has been failing since May 12, 2021.
The Health Mart scraper is the same code base as Price Chopper. It too is failing.

fixed - needed to add "&userAge=21" (21 was chosen to pick up all vaccine types) to query string

This doesn't appear to be working as there is no reported availability at Price Chopper.
