Feature Request: Allow notifications to be send to a simple URL/Querystring combo

Please add the ability to allow a notification to be setup for basic urls. Basically whatever is entered into the "URL field would be sent as is.

The goal is to communicate with generic web services using a http://www.something.com/send.aspx?message={user}{title}

As a workaround until (or if) this is implemented natively in the script, you can always use the external notification method to call a script that does this for you (using curl or some other utility).
