Update XFAILs of Feature/MaximalReconvergence/loop_peeling.test (#522)

This PR updates the XFAILs of the test
Feature/MaximalReconvergence/loop_peeling.test according to the latest
test results.

The original issue tied to the Clang && Vulkan XFAIL
(llvm/llvm-project#164496) has been closed.
