Add golden Honey badger

Let's give more joy to bot users and add a new animal image which would work like the willy wonka golden ticket, the price would be the bot will not charge fee to the seller on that successful order.

I propose the Golder Honey Badger as the new wonka golden ticket

For this issue we just need to add this image and when it randomly is assigned to a seller the bot will not charge the fee, the field order.bot_fee must be 0.

We have to set the percentage of appearance as an env var, like 1 each 100 or something like this, I'm open to suggestions on this
