Recent development highlights

• Notes system introduced
• Shipment details page functionality for shipper, carrier, general, stops, and more now working
• Moved to using actions first over resource controllers
• Appointments pulled into stop objects
• New time fields for stops
• Trailer size and type split into different fields
• Improved JS component naming standards
• Resource search select box now allows unselect as well as full object on change function
• Breadcrumbs now working
• Removed duplicate checkbox component
• Resource search select now has optional create form button and functionality (working for facility and location currently)
• improved single select resource box UX
• sidebar state now persists between pages
