Instead of commit messages like this:

feat: xxx
closes #29

We used to write the full link to the issue like this:

feat: xxx
closes https://github.com/kalisio/k-vigicrues/issues/29

Github handles tihs smoothly (eg kalisio/k-vigicrues@bcf2dff) but the text formatting of the changelog seems to break with such messages:
