We want to be able to add a RoR for an institution on the Institution Settings options.
Currently RoRs need to be manually added but it would be helpful to allow an institution to attach their RoR themselves.

We will handle display of RoRs elsewhere in the interface just as we are (not directly showing the identifier) but instead showing the institution name and then hyperlinking using the RoR
