What docs changes are you proposing?

Problem

Docs link doesn’t explain how to use this sample.

Proposal

• Add page with:
  • Introduction (provision RDS + initialize schema/data locally)
  • Prerequisites (LocalStack Pro, CDK, Docker, Postgres/MySQL client)
  • Architecture diagram (App → RDS DB with init script)
  • Steps (clone repo, deploy, run DB init)
  • Testing the application (connect via psql/mysql and query initialized table)
  • Conclusion (repeatable DB setup for tests/dev)

Acceptance Criteria

• Doc has full tutorial flow and Testing the application steps.
