We uploaded a few scans (into prod) last week and noticed a few things.
Scans appear in the ready part even if the scans aren't fully processed yet and are still in the queue as well. We noticed this because in the ready part, we had one page too much, but then noticed, that the first page was the original scan and the next two pages were the split pages. Only after the scans disappeared from the queue part we saw, that the original scan page disappeared too.
Could you please check on this behaviour because this is quite confusing.
We still have two chapters stuck in the queue, but they appear in ready too. The first chapter has a page too much and the first page (probably the original scan) gets this message:
The second chapter is missing one page. The first page is the original scan and the second page is this message:
Are the two chapters stuck on different parts of the process and therefore the behaviour is so different?
