Add preview of alignment state/QC/mutations, similar to LANL HIV database

The scrollable and useEffect bits of this are done now - the remaining issue is alignment states/QC metrics (not sure how well we have specified what we want to do there)

@chaoran-chen sorry I missed your reply: I think Anna grouped the points raised about the seq details page into categories. The points here are: points from me about making the sequences appear immediately and appear in FASTA form, which I have since addressed. I think the other points are from Richard and are maybe a bit less defined in terms of exactly what we have decided to implement in an immediate timescale. E.g. I remember Richard has shown other DBs that implement coverage maps but I expect we don't plan to do that for MVP. I'd probably suggest we close this issue as completed and open new issues when we want with specific plans.
