Add Timer / Timers to Web Interface #78

It may be useful to add timers to the web interface to keep consistent data set run times. It would nice to see the current run time in the UI.

Also it would be great if the test would stop once the timer completed.

Agree, it would be nice. At the same time we want to keep the core of Locust as simple as possible.
We probably need a generic plugin to support this. #31 is a similar issue.
