Change name to recursive-readdir-stream

I think this module is great, but not accurately named. I see two options:

1. Modify this module to be non-recursive by default with an option to be recursive
2. Change the name and let a more flexible module be published in it's place

It looks like you may not be maintaining this module anymore, and I would be willing to take over updating this or future similar work. But I thought I would broach this topic before starting down that path.
