Hello Alvin Chen,

I have Already setup pub/sub output plugin for logstash. I want to include that as I have already submitted the plugin to rubygem, any change from yourside on repo, might effect my existing usage too.

Seems I dont have access to change the code here. So request you to include below repo:

1. Retry with Exponential backoff
2. Dynamic Topic - based on message field data
3. exclude_fields - Despite pushing all json data, exclude fields
4. include_fields - Only push specified json data
5. include_field - Push data for the field not json
