Was disabled in Chrome 77: https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes

Should be able to add flags to the Windows and Linux builds. Unclear (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49921453/how-to-allow-video-autoplay-in-a-google-chrome-kiosk-app-in-version-66-or-later) that it will be possible to work around on Chrome OS. Perhaps by injecting a wrapped iframe though this needs to be done with extreme caution, if at all.

Does the “Media Engagement Index” apply here? Can we incorporate this as workaround?
