[RFC] Using ReDoc for API Explorer

Questions:

• Should we use ReDoc (https://github.com/Rebilly/ReDoc) to be the base of our API Explorer?
• The alternative is we keep the API explorer to be based on swagger-ui, and provide a way to use ReDoc if user wants.

I just tried. redoc can only render the spec but not the api exploring experience.

Maybe the API exploring experience is hiding behind the roadmap item "built-in API Console"?

Anyhow, based on @raymondfeng's comment, I think ReDoc is not suitable for us yet and I am closing this issue for now.
