Replace pages for connectors with READMEs #53

Need to go through the site and find the pages for data source connectors that should be tied directlyt to module READMEs instead of a distinct md file. Then follow procedure in https://github.com/strongloop/loopback.io#getting-external-readmes to get the READMEs in the site.
