Remove / replace donation links and call to actions

As it's been a long time since I made my last contribution to this repository, I would suggest the removal of all donation links and call to actions from the project;

In alternative, it would be fair to replace them with donation links for the current main contributors to the project.

It brings me a lot of joy to see how much the project has grown since I left development into the current maintainers' hands.
A big thank you to all contributors!

Hi Lorenzo! Glad to see you are happy with how it evolved.
As far as I am concerned, I am not interested in donation in any forms, so I'm ok with just completely removing donation links.
