oxDNA to PDB timeout

I have had some problems with the oxDNA to PDB file module.

When I try to submit the topology file and the configuration file to the web server it works for five minutes and then times out. I have tried to download the script and running it locally, but it gives me an error that it cannot read the configuration file. As I understand it, the configuration file is the .oxdna file, but just to be sure I have also tested .dat files and .conf files of the structure. Nothing seems to work. The file names contains no spaces and opens in oxview together with the topology file just fine.

Anyone knows what might be the issue?

Hi! It's hard to say without files, or at the very least the command you used, and the output it generated.
