We should make these as robust as our other Sequence types, so that if the data and .sima directory move together, these still keep working based on their relative paths.

This is really a problem when you move your data around. At the moment we have to manually update sequences.pkl to the new path location.

@neurodroid Would you be able to take the lead on fixing this one? You could follow a strategy similar to what we do for the other data formats (e.g. multi-page tiff, hdf5) or something else if you have a better idea.
