Bump to hogan.js 3.0.0

Current Hogan.js is 3.0.0. Any plans on updating dependency?

I can't find what the bump to version 3 brings as improvements, could you tell me ? If there there are useful improvements, I will update it for sure.

Interesting. That's indeed something that Mustache doesn't manage well, but still it is possible, like described here: https://github.com/tldrio/h4e#thats-not-enough-i-want-layouts . Basically it's a Mustache trick that lets you mimick template inheritance.

If there are no changes to the existing API then I'll switch to hogan 3.0.0.

+1 though I don't know why hogan 3.0 hasn't been published to npm?
