Add monitors in code

Hi!

I wonder if is there any way to configure my monitors endpoints in code, as a configuration file? That's because I don't want to create the monitors using UI every time, and in case when the applications in k8s is deleted for any reason, I don't want to register all my monitors one by one using UI.

Is it possible do that? Could you help me or point in the right direction? please

  TLDR:
  Currently, we don't offer an api. See #118 for further details.
  The current attempt at adding such a functionality is Document the Socket.io API and try to convert it to a HTTP request uptime-kuma#3854 and might be merged into v2.1 if all goes well.

Autokuma recently added support for CRDs in kubernetes - I have tested and it's working fine.

Also autokuma supports docker labels, json/toml files and CLI to create monitors.
